I don’t know if this is a common side effect of the current global pandemic or just me, but I’ve been daydreaming of traveling for about a year now. Call it boredom or withdrawal, I envision myself exploring new places, new countries, new horizons. So over the last few months, I have created a travel bucket list and cannot wait to start checking the boxes. Here are some of the places I’d love to visit:
1. Oregon
The Oregon coast and wilderness are definitely worth exploring!
2. New York City
At the risk of sounding cliché, I would love to see all the landmarks, like the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building.
3. Vermont
Touring cider mills in the fall and visiting the Ben & Jerry’s factory would for sure be on the agenda!
4. Maine
Mmm, lobster…
5. Canada
A trip to the Canadian Rockies is a must. Also, I would love to visit Toronto and Montreal.
6. Turks and Caicos
This is pretty self-explanatory!
7. Brazil
A dear friend of mine is from Brazil and I’ve always wanted to visit.
8. Italy
Tuscany, Florence and Venice would be the destinations. So much history, and fantastic food!
9. Denmark
Copenhagen it is!
10. Japan
To experience Japanese culture, whether traditional or modern, would be a highlight.
There are many more places I would love to visit but this is a good start. What about you? Do you have a travel bucket list? Are there any places you’ve never been to and would love to visit?
I would also love to visit Canada, Italy and Japan! Hope that we can travel again in 2022 🙂
Let’s hope!
Or maybe…as early as the Fall of 2021!
